Maximum Demand Controller- By Kusam Electrical Industries

"KUSAM-MECO" offers a maximum demand controller having 12 displays. It can measure voltage in 3 phases (both P-P & P-N), current in 3 phases, Active Power, Power Factor, Reactive Power, Energy, Reactive Energy, Ground Leakage, maximum Demand. It has facility for setting high and low limits for voltage, PF, KW , Hz, KVA , KVAR and ground leakage it has facility for delay timer setting from 0-999 secs. It has provision for setting high and low limits for maximum demand in KVA in 4 steps. It has analog output 4-ZOMA or 1-SV for active power for connecting to a Recorder/Controller. It has built in RS -232 interface for down loading date to a P .C.

A unique feature of the instrument is that it can Control Maximum Demand in 4 steps thereby avoiding penalty. The instrument displays current demand, demand forecast, useable remaining useful demand and target demand.

Load manger software is also available for analysing various parameters. Optional clamps are available for carrying on site testing for energy audits. The instruments is also useful for energy auditing.
