Taking a path-breaking initiative for Power sector in India, Dainik Bhaskar Group in association with India Core organized ‘Power Vision Conclave 2011’ on January 21, 2011 at The Oberoi, New Delhi. The conclave was a step towards a true Public Private Partnership with discussions focusing primarily on issues in thermal generation, optimising transmission & distribution and financing power projects.

'Power Vision Conclave 2011'- 1st Edition- a Recap
'Power Vision Conclave 2011' was aimed at creating a platform to discuss burning issues of the power sector. It also focused on opportunities in the Power Sector different states.
The Conclave offered a unique opportunity for interface between decision-makers, policy planners, business associates from the entire stakeholder community. It attracted top professionals comprising of CEOs, MDs, CFOs and other Senior Professionals from the Indian power sector and also key officials from various government agencies to discuss the vision and the future of the industry. Senior decision makers from the industry addressed and attended the Conclave.
The very successful 'Power Vision Conclave 2011' was inaugurated by the Chief Guest- Honorable Former President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
