Payment in full is required prior to attendance. Funds are not available to sponsor participation, travel or lodging expenses.

The Registrations are limited in number and are available on First -Come- First- Serve Basis.

The payment of registration fee should be sent by Cheque/Bank Draft in favour of 'International Publications & Information Services' payable at New Delhi alongwith the completed Registration Form.

Online Registration

Online registration helps us in knowing your desire to participate in advance. We do not yet accept online payments. The Registration will be confirmed only after the receipt and credit of the payment by Cheque/ Demand Draft. Please fill the Print Version of this form and mail/ courier the completed Form alongwith the payment at the address mentioned below.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registrations are transferable. In case a registered participant is unable to attend, he may send his representative/ substitute to attend the conference. However, he must inform us latest by October 04, 2003.

Cancellations/ no-shows are responsible for entire fee. No refund will be made.
