to organisations/ individuals interested in making a presentation
to a highly attentive & captive audience of senior decision

Paper
Presentation
Full length papers (in about 5000 words) in English on any
of the Seminar topics, are invited for presentation in
the Seminar. The Seminar topics do not limit the authors
from preparing paper on topics not listed. However, when preparing
papers, please consider/ suggest the appropriate stream for
your paper and take into consideration the theme of the Seminar.
Please note only original contributions are acceptable. The following
Certificate is to be given with the abstract/ paper:
'The author(s) certify that the paper titled- '..........................'
and submitted for consideration for the Seminar- 'Power Distribution Business- ‘1. Risk Assessment, 2. Substation Automation' to be held in New Delhi from September 23- 24, 2008 is in
original'
The papers should be typed in MS Word format and can be emailed
at info@IndiaCore.com with a copy to icore@vsnl.net. The author/s should also email their passport size digital/ scanned photograph/s, a brief C.V. and the above mentioned certificate
alongwith the paper.
Alternatively you can send a CD containing the soft copy of your paper alongwith electronic copies of the other documents i.e passport size digital/ scanned photograph/s, a brief C.V and the
above mentioned certificate.
The papers will be screened by the Organising Committee &
approved for inclusion in the Seminar proceedings and/
or oral presentation. Acceptance of the papers will be communicated
to the authors in time.
The accepted papers will be included in the proceedings for circulation to the participants. A
condition of the acceptance of the papers is that the author/s
or their representative/ s will register for the Seminar. The author/s or their representative/ s should obtain any necessary clearance and confirmation of funding to attend the Seminar before submitting the paper.
For Oral Presentation:
Due to limited speaking slots available, only few papers will be selected for oral presentation from the papers approved for inclusion in the Seminar. We will inform the authors whether their paper has been allotted time for oral presentation. The time allocated for oral presentation will be 10- 12 minutes.
Discounted Registration fee for Authors
The Paper Authors from Academic Institutions & Government organisations are eligible for a discounted delegate fee of Rs 8000 (domestic participant) and USD 250 (international participant). Paper authors from Corporate organisations will be required to pay the regular delegate fees. |
