The Seminar also offers speaking opportunities and paper presentation option
to organisations/ individuals interested in making a presentation
to a highly attentive & captive audience of senior decision

Paper
Presentation
Full length papers (in about 5000 words) in English on any
of the Seminar topics, are invited for presentation in
the Seminar. The Seminar topics do not limit the authors
from preparing paper on topics not listed. However, when preparing
papers, please consider/ suggest the appropriate stream for
your paper and take into consideration the theme of the Seminar.
Only original contributions are acceptable. The following
Certificate is to be given with the abstract/ paper:
'The author(s) certify that the paper titled- '..........................'
and submitted for consideration for the Seminar- 'Automatic
Meter Reading (AMR) & Interoperability for Meter Data
Exchange' to be held in New Delhi on April 25, 2008 is in
original'
The papers should be typed in MS Word format and can be emailed
at info@IndiaCore.com.
The author/s should also email their passport size scanned
photograph/s, a brief C.V. and the above mentioned certificate
alongwith the paper.
Alternatively you can send a CD containing the soft copy
of your paper alongwith electronic copies of the other documents
i.e passport size scanned photograph/s, a brief C.V. and the
above mentioned certificate.
The papers will be screened by the Organising Committee &
approved for inclusion in the Seminar proceedings and/
or oral presentation. Acceptance of the papers will be communicated
to the authors in time. The accepted papers will be printed
in the proceedings for circulation to the participants. A
condition of the acceptance of the papers is that the author/s
or a representative will register for the Seminar.
For Oral Presentation:
The papers accepted for oral presentation will be allocated
10- 12 minutes for presentation. The authors have to obtain
any necessary clearance and confirmation of funding to attend
and present the paper before we allocate time for an oral
presentation.
Discounted Registration fee for Authors
The Paper Authors from Academic Institutions are eligible
for a discounted delegate fee of Rs 5000 (domestic participant)
and USD 175 (international participant).
