In case of a SWIFT transfer, please contact us for our Bank Account details. • Online Registration • What Your Registration Includes: - Attendance at Seminar sessions • The registration fee does not include boarding, lodging and transport charges. We could assist you in making your travel arrangements. Please contact us. • Specially negotiated Room rates are available near the Venue and other hotels for Seminar participants. For further details & room bookings, please contact us at info@IndiaCore.com or contact the travel partner of the Seminar at travel@vsnl.net. • Cancellation and Substitution Policy a) If you should cancel on or before April 10, 2008, you will receive a full refund less administrative charges of 20%. We regret that no cancellations can be accepted after April 10, 2008. Refund for cancellations of registration will be made after the Seminar.
b) All refunds will be less taxes levied (if any). If registration fee has been paid online through credit card/ debit card/ net banking then the transaction charges will not be refunded. c) Substitutions are welcome. In case a registered participant is unable to attend, he/ she may send his/ her representative/ substitute to attend the Seminar. However, he/ she must inform us latest by April 21, 2008. d) No-shows are responsible for entire fee. No refund will be made. |
