• The payment of registration fee should be
sent by Cheque/ Bank Draft in favour of 'India Core
Events' payable at New Delhi alongwith the completed
Registration Form.
• International delegates can send the fees
through SWIFT transfer (electronic transfer) in
our Bank account or through draft. In case of a
SWIFT transfer, please contact us for our Bank Account
details.
• Online Registration
Online registration helps us in knowing your desire
to participate in advance. Registrations are confirmed
only after the receipt and credit of the applicable
registration fees.
• What Your Registration Includes:
- Attendance at conference sessions
- Registration Kit, One Copy of Proceedings
- Luncheons
- Tea/ Coffee and refreshment breaks
• The registration fee
does not include boarding, lodging and transport
charges. We could assist you in making your travel
arrangements. Please contact us.
• Specially negotiated Room rates are available
at the Venue and other hotels for Conference participants.

• Cancellation and Substitution Policy
a) If you should cancel on or before January 10,
2006, you will receive a full refund less administrative
charges of 20%. We regret that no cancellations
can be accepted after January 10, 2006. Refund for
cancellations of registration will be made after
the Conference.

b) All refunds will be less full service
tax and other taxes levied (if any). If registration
fee has been paid online through credit card/ debit
card/ net banking then the transaction charges will
not be refunded.
c) Substitutions are welcome. In case a registered
participant is unable to attend, he may send his
representative/ substitute to attend the conference.
However, he must inform us latest by January 25,
2006.
d) No-shows are responsible for entire fee. No refund
will be made.
