| Full length papers (in about 5000 words) in English
on any of the Conference topics, were invited for presentation
in the Conference. The Conference topics do not limit the authors
from preparing paper on topics not listed. However, when preparing
papers, please consider/ suggest the appropriate stream for
your paper and take into consideration the theme of the Conference.
The papers should be typed in A-4 size good quality paper
on one side only. All drawings and diagrams should be drawn
on A4 size white paper with black ink. Photographs should
be in black and white on glossy paper.
Two hard copies alongwith a CD containing the soft copy of
your paper (in MS Word format) are required to be submitted.
The authors should also send two passport size photographs
and a brief C.V. alongwith the paper.
Alternatively you can also email your full length paper in
MS Word format alongwith electronic copies of the other documents
and scanned photograph.
Only original contributions are acceptable. The following
Certificate is to be given with the abstract/ paper:
'The author(s) certify that the paper titled- .............
and submitted for consideration for the Conference- Green
Power 5 to be held in New Delhi from February 2- 3, 2006 is
in original'
The papers will be screened by the Organising Committee &
approved for inclusion in the Conference proceedings and/
or oral presentation. Acceptance of the papers will be communicated
to the authors in time. The accepted papers will be printed
in the proceedings for circulation to the participants. A
condition of the acceptance of the papers is that the author/s
or a representative will register for the Conference.

Discounted Registration fee for Authors
The authors are eligible for a discounted delegate fee of
Rs 5000 plus applicable tax (domestic participant) and USD
250 plus applicable tax (international participant).
Please note that funds are not available to sponsor participation,
travel or lodging expenses and all participants including
authors have to register to attend the Conference.
