Specially negotiated Room rates are available at the Venue and other hotels for Conference participants. The rates are being offered by the Conference Travel Partner- International Travel & Tourism.

The rates include:
- Accommodation on per room per night basis
- Buffet breakfast at coffee shop
- All presently applicable taxes

The rates are subject to service tax as per directive laid down by the Government of India.
