Delegate Registration


The participants desirous of participating in the Conference or contributing a Paper are required to pay the under-mentioned Registration Fee.

Regular Delegate- Before February 28, 2004 Rs 7,000 per participant US$ 270 per participant
Regular Delegate- Before March 12, 2004 Rs 7,200 per participant US$ 285 per participant
Regular Delegate- After March 12, 2004 Rs 7,500 per participant US$ 300 per participant
Delegates from Academic Institutions & Students Rs 5,000 per participant US$ 260 per participant
Paid Members of IndiaCore.com Rs 4,000 per participant US$ 200 per participant
Authors & Paper Presenters Rs 4,000 per participant US$ 200 per participant
Spot Registration (Limited Number) Rs 9,000 per participant US$ 350 per participant

Early Bird discounts are only applicable for confirmations & payments received before March 12, 2004

Please note that funds are not available to sponsor participation, travel or lodging expenses and all participants including authors have to register to attend the Conference.

What Your Registration Includes

The above fees do not include boarding, lodging and transport charges. The delegates shall have to make their own arrangements for boarding, lodging and transport. We could, however, assist you in making your travel arrangements.

Visa Requirement for foreign delegates

Depending on your country of origin, you may need to meet certain Visa requirements before entering India. We advise you to contact Indian Embassy or High Commission in your Country of Residency for which you hold a valid passport. Invitation letter (if required) for Visa purposes from the Organisers would be sent to you as soon as you get yourself registered for attending the Conference or send a written letter to us confirming your participation alongwith the participation fees. Invitation letter would, however, not bind the Organisers/ Promoters to defray or waive any cost or expenses incurred by you in the course of participation in the Conference.
