  • Payment in full is required prior to attendance. Funds are not available to sponsor participation, travel or lodging expenses.All participants including authors have to register to attend the Conference.

International delegates can send the fees through SWIFT transfer (electronic transfer) in our Bank account or through draft.   • Online Registration

    Online registration helps us in knowing your desire to participate in advance. We do not yet accept online payments. The Registration will be confirmed only after the receipt and credit of the payment by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ wire transfer etc. Please fill the Print Version of this form and mail/ courier the completed Form alongwith the payment at the address mentioned below.

  • Cancellation and Substitution Policy

    Registrations are transferable. In case a registered participant is unable to attend, he may send his representative/ substitute to attend the conference. However, the participant must inform us latest by January 20, 2004.

    Cancellations/ no-shows are responsible for entire fee. No refund will be made.
