The above fees do not include boarding, lodging and transport charges. The delegates shall have to make their own arrangements for boarding, lodging and transport. We could, however, assist you in making your travel arrangements.

Visa Requirement for foreign delegates

Depending on your country of origin, you may need to meet certain Visa requirements before entering India. We advise you to contact Indian Embassy or High Commission in your Country of Residency for which you hold a valid passport. Invitation letter (if required) for Visa purposes from the Organisers would be sent to you as soon as you get yourself registered for attending the Conference or send a written letter to us confirming your participation alongwith the participation fees. Invitation letter would, however, not bind the Organisers/ Promoters to defray or waive any cost or expenses incurred by you in the course of participation in the Conference.
