Conference of the Electric Power Supply Industry (CEPSI) is one of the largest conference of the Power & Energy Supply Industry in the Asia Pacific Region with individuals and organizations attending from all over the world. The Council of Power Utilities (CPU) organized the CEPSI 2006 from 6-10th November 2006 at Mumbai, India. The theme of the conference was “Energy, Competition, Technology & Benchmarking for Economic Globalization”.

The 16th Conference of the Electric Power Supply Industry (CEPSI 2006) was attended by over 1350 delegates from 28 countries including 350 delegates from India. At the conference 330 papers were presented in 37 sessions.
